At Corston, we want you to be completely satisfied with your architectural hardware and lighting. If your order isn't quite right, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Carefully place the products in their original protective boxes to ensure they are not scratched or damaged during transit.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
